Fair Trading

NSW consumer complaints register

NSW Fair Trading proposes to establish a Consumer Complaints Register, a publicly available Register of information about complaints received by NSW Fair Trading, including traders who are the subject of a high number of consumer complaints. A Discussion Paper outlining a range of options for the design of the Register has been released as part of a public consultation process.

This survey has been designed to assist you in providing feedback on one or two, or all of the issues raised in the Discussion Paper.

View or download the Consumer Complaints Register Discussion Paper (PDF size: 560kb).

Submissions close at 5pm on Friday 30 October 2015.
